There is not such binding on SugarFactory on processing minimum number of tenders. SugarFactory can process at least one tender and at the most any number of tenders on SugarMart.
There is not tender processing charges for Sugar Factories on SugarMart except Sugar Factory registration and registration renewal charges.
Any supplier can apply for registration, however, its registration approval shall be done on due diligence. SugarMart team will contact to the suppliers recommended by Sugar Factories to get them registered on SugarMart as per standard process.
No one able to know who have participated in the tendering process before opening of tender, however, statistical information i.e. how many Suppliers have submitted the tender can be seen using Factory’s login.
SugarMart is having list of thousands Suppliers and its team constantly working on getting newer suppliers on SugarMart. On publishing of tender, the AI engine of the system starts sending alerts to concerned suppliers’ reminders to participate in tender till the last date of the tender.
SugarMart team will inform the concerned suppliers to submit the tender. Team will also inform the feedback from the Suppliers to the Factories.
Bidder can submit the EMD using online payment gateway available on SugarMart. The EMD will directly transferred to Factory’s account. Factories are requested to return the EMD to nonresponsive bidders soon after opening of price bid so that Suppliers will be encouraged to participate in the factory’s tenders enthusiastically.
